2. Q&A Meeting on Zoom

Candidates will be invited to a Zoom Q&A meeting with our National Hiring Director, State and Provincial Managers, and HR team.

Our National Hiring Director will provide a detailed overview of the role, covering State and Provincial licensing fees and exam processes, training programs, advancement opportunities, daily responsibilities, and scheduling insights.

3. Offer and Onboarding Process

Our hiring director and team will assess final candidates and determine hiring selections.

Those selected will be contacted by our hiring manager to assess if you have a license or direct you to how to obtain one.

Once onboarded you will be introduced to your manager to begin your new career path.

Your Role:

  • We supply the leads – you bring the personal connection. Your role is to engage with clients and meet with them via Zoom.

  • Present benefit programs to onboard new clients and enhance existing relationships.

  • Work closely with your manager to set clear personal goals and achieve them through dedication and strategic effort.

Your Qualifications:


    • A willingness to receive coaching and a strong desire to develop new skills are essential.

    • A genuine passion for supporting and uplifting others is a must.

    • An insurance license is preferred, or the willingness to obtain one.

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are key.

    • A background in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not required.

    • A laptop or desktop computer is required (tablets or Chromebooks are not sufficient).

    • Basic computer skills are necessary.

    • Must reside in Canada or the US and be fluent in English.
